Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use centralsystems.co.uk and our tools.

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using centralsystems.co.uk, submitting the contact form, or running the Website Audit Tool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its tools.

Using the Website Audit Tool

  • You may only submit a website you own, or are authorised to have reviewed. The tool only reads publicly accessible pages — it never logs in, submits forms, or modifies anything on the target site.
  • Submission is rate-limited per person, per email address and per domain to prevent abuse. We may block or reject submissions that attempt to circumvent these limits, target non-public/internal addresses, or otherwise misuse the tool.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access to the tool for any user or IP address engaging in abusive or excessive use.

Accuracy of results

The Website Audit Tool produces automated, technical observations based on publicly available information and real third-party data (such as Google PageSpeed Insights). It is not:

  • a complete security audit or penetration test;
  • a guarantee of search engine ranking or traffic outcomes;
  • a substitute for professional legal, accessibility or compliance advice;
  • a certification of any kind.

Scores and findings are provided "as is" for informational purposes, and we make no warranty as to their completeness for any particular purpose. The ROI Calculator similarly produces illustrative estimates based on figures you enter yourself, not a guarantee or quote.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, code and branding — is owned by Central Systems or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content or branding without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or its tools to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to access, probe or disrupt non-public systems; interfere with the normal operation of the site; or use any automated means to scrape or overload our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its tools, including decisions made based on an automated audit result or ROI estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters which cannot legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (including the sites you submit for audit). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party website.

Careers & applications

Job listings on our Careers page reflect roles we are currently looking to fill. We review applications sent to us but do not guarantee a response to every enquiry or speculative application. Submitting an application does not create any contract of employment or engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last revised.
